Whoa...

That tempo change was sick, the synth sound you used was also pretty wicked and the drums were really clear though they didn't vary much =/ Still good stuff though =)

5/5

mhb responds:

thanx. yeah i figured hte tempo change would be good 'cause when i's slow it sounds like somethin' you'd hear in quake or unreal tournament to my ears, and then when it changes it just brings up this whole new level of intensity.

I can't say I'm surprised =P

Wonderful song, I usually write you long reviews but there is nothing much I can say for this except: Excellent.

10/10, 5/5, and a download - Keep doing whatever it is that you do, cause it's working =)

LaymanLove responds:

Glad you liked it. I needed something big to keep you coming around! Silk-E smooooooooooth

ROFL!!! I loved it =P

Cyborg Jesus ahaha! I'll just list everything I liked about this song:

- The Cyborg Jesus dude, he was pretty cool, did you sample the vocals like that? Or did you have to put them through a vocoder to get that awesome cyborg effect?

- The synths, one made the song very atmospheric and the other one was just really fracking cool.

- The beat was really good, SUPER clear and realistic sounding. The only small complaint I have about it was that the bass kick was a little bit too strong/bassy.

Other than the bass kick the song was pretty much perfect, anything anyone else says negatively about this song is just a personal perference.

What software and/or hardware do you use to make your music? I'm interested in finding this out because you had some really nice high quality sounds in this song.

Anyways, KEEP SUBMITTING, or I'll never forgive you, I'm going to keep an eye out on your audio page because I really like your creative moozaks. Don't fail your fans, even though I may be the only one as of now haha, you'll get more eventually.

tricolor responds:

Now that's a review! I simply must check out your music if you like mine so much!

Hahah :D

I dunno why, but I just really enjoyed it, it was very interesting. Despite it being a bit repetitve and getting kinda messy at the end of the song, you made up for it with the beatboxing (excellent recording as well, no muffling, feedback or breaking up) scratching, dog barking and the overall unique-ness of this track.

I'm just going to give you a 5 because I thought this was really creative. Nice work.

tricolor responds:

Wow! Thanks a lot, mate. I'm glad you liked this. I see that you're quite the audio artist, too... I'm going to check out some of your stuff now. Thanks for the review.

Wowza!

This was fantastic! Bravo Khuskan, bravo... work of a true composition genius.

I also saw that you said something in the audio forum about being here for 17 months and not once getting in the top 5... well then congradulations on being in this weekly top 5 =) this song really deserved to be there.

5/5 from me and a download.

Khuskan responds:

I got lucky ;-)

Apparently nobody downvotes in miscellaneous.

Really enjoyed listening to this.

This is definitely one of the better tetris remixes I have heard in a while, the great reeverb automation you do really makes it stand apart from the rest. You should try submitting this to OCR (OverClocked ReMix), I think it stands a good chance of getting on the site.

Draze responds:

Sweet i'll check out that website.

Thx for the review dude.

Hah... =P

I don't know who you are but this was pretty damn good and loops fairly well. You should make a full length track out of this, I'd be interested in hearing it.

Wow, great stuff ya got here.

You did an excellenct job on this song! If anyone finds anything wrong with this then that's just their personal perference. This was very well done, I'm impressed. 5 outta 5 from me and I'm about to go check out your other moozak stuffs on your audio page.

NGAudioArtists responds:

My feelings exactly.
Leave me love

Hmm, interesting.

As RyeGuyHead said, "wish you did more with the 16th notes on the bassline" basically sums up what I was going to say at first.

I liked the panning you did with that weird wishy-washy noise, it sounded like someone was rinsing their mouth out with listerine next to my ears haha, it was interesting though, +1 originality =)

Now this is all personal perference... but I think it'd be better if you included more instruments/sounds in the hi end of your songs. You have a lot of powerful bassy stuff playing all the frequencies 2kHz and below and it makes your songs seem "heavy" which isn't bad if you going for a dark song but the cost of doing that is it does sorta make the song seem less crisp/fresh. That's why I gave you an 8 for clarity for this song and "I see the light" because you have beefy basses crowding up the 5Hz - 1kHz range, but normally when people do that their song sounds muddy but in this song's case the bass was quite clear, which doesn't make much sense in theory, unless you set up some really good compression.

Also, your guitar was fine in my opinion, but only by it's self in the spot light. I liked it until you played both it and the little bell melody together, the amount of reeverb you put on your guitar just kinda made it run into the bell melody and make things messy... but again, that's more of a personal perference kinda thing anyway.

5 outta 5 from me because you have interesting ideas within the song.

LoneEagle responds:

Thanks for another full review.
So i have too many sounds in the low range? I'll try remembering that for my futur songs. The guitar is like this naturally, the sample is made that way to have lots of echo. And heraing it again i see what you mean, the guitar makes the two last notes of the bell pattern almost inaudible.

Yea the "mouth rinse" sound i thought was pretty wierd and i wanted to try it out, pretty weird ain't it?

Thanks for voting and reviewing.

Laid back and relaxing...

This is good, I liked the melodies the piano was playing and the bass was sexy. You have nice percussion work also, it's not too constant and variates every here and there, it keeps things interesting =)

Now for the 'constructive' part of the review. Your song had some fuzz/breaking-up somewhere in the late beginning, right before the beat kicks in, I suggest you either turn the volume of the song down a bit or increase the 'out ceiling' on your brickwall-limiter/maximizer if you are using one, if not, then put one in there and then increase the 'out ceiling' =] (by 'increase,' in this sense, I mean going from -1.0 to -2.0)

4/5 from me man, keep it coming.

LoneEagle responds:

Thanks for checking my songs out Kirizzle, i'll be sure to do the same once i'm done answering your reviews.

Well i can't say really much here because i don't have a freaking clue what you are talking about :D
So let me show you how much of an amateur i am by telling you the huge list of things i use to make my songs.
I use FL Studio 5. I don't even use Vst Vsti no nothings :) I'm gonna check the audio stickies for that and for some basic music theory because i compose my music simply by how i want it to sound and not applying any theory.

Don't worry i will keep them coming. I just started on something and i feel it could be a good song.
Thanks for your time, your vote and your constructive review :D
